## Return Policy for V2COM (JXH General Trading LLC)
### 1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

### 2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

### 3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Artificially damaged product

### 4. Return Process
1. **Request a Return:**

   - Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

2. **Return Authorization:**
   - Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item.

3. **Shipping Your Return:**
   - Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
   - Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
   - Clearly label the package with the return authorization number.
   - Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.

### 5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

### 6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at Contact@V2COM.ae with your order number and details about the product.

### 7. Shipping Costs
- We will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
